Carmanhaas lazer markalash tizimi barcha shaffof bo'lmagan materiallarni markalashda qo'llanilishi mumkin. Umumiy optik tizim: Divergentsiya burchagini yaxshilash uchun nurni kengaytiruvchi orqali nurni kengaytirish, nur indikator nurini nurni burish va skanerlash uchun galvanometr tizimiga birlashtirgandan so'ng, ish qismi skanerlanadi va F-THETA skanerlash linzalari tomonidan fokuslanadi.
Lazer markalash optik komponentlari, asosan, nur kengaytiruvchisi va F-THETA skanerlash linzalarini o'z ichiga oladi. Nur kengaytirgichning roli nur diametrini kattalashtirish va nurlanish burchagini kamaytirishdan iborat. F-Theta skanerlash linzalari lazer nurlarining bir xil fokuslanishiga erishadi.
(1) Yuqori shikastlanish chegarasi qoplamasi (shikastlanish chegarasi: 40 J / sm2, 10 ns);
Qoplamaning singishi <20 ppm. Skanerlash linzalari 8KVt quvvatga to'yingan bo'lishi mumkinligiga ishonch hosil qiling;
(2) Optimallashtirilgan indeks dizayni, kollimatsiya tizimining to'lqin jabhasi < l/10, diffraktsiya chegarasini ta'minlaydi;
(3) Issiqlik tarqalishi va sovutish strukturasi uchun optimallashtirilgan, 1KVt dan past suv sovishini ta'minlash, 6KVtdan foydalanganda harorat <50 °C;
(4) Termal bo'lmagan dizayn bilan, fokusning siljishi 80 °C da <0,5 mm;
(5) Spetsifikatsiyalarning to'liq diapazoni, mijozlar moslashtirilishi mumkin.
